    What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container (approximately 18–22 tons depending on product and packaging). Mixed
    containers of different products are available on request — contact us for a loading plan.

    Can I get a sample before ordering?

    Yes. We provide 0.5–2 kg samples for evaluation; courier cost is covered by the buyer and refunded on the first
    confirmed order. Sample preparation takes 3–5 working days.

    What is the production lead time?

    7–20 days after deposit confirmation, depending on volume and packaging. Peak season (October–March) fills fast —
    we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead to secure production slots and vessel space.

    Which payment terms do you accept?

    Commonly 30–50% T/T deposit with the balance against shipping documents, or irrevocable L/C at sight for larger
    contracts. Exact terms are stated on each Proforma Invoice. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

    Which Incoterms do you quote?

    Standard quotation is FOB Cat Lai / Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. CIF and CFR to major ports in Asia, the Middle
    East, and Europe are available on request. Transit time: 7–14 days to East Asia, 18–30 days to Europe and the
    Americas.
